Julia is a lifelong Virginian. Her equestrian activities often brought her to the Charlottesville area where she came to love the beauty and tranquility of the Piedmont. Years later, after college, career, marriage and children, her family renovated an old farmhouse on 50 acres in Madison County. They were weekenders for nine years until 1998 when Julia and family made the leap to full-time residency, to a lovely small estate in the Somerset area of Orange County. Julia's past experience in communications, marketing, and public affairs, combined with her knowledge of central Virginia surrounding Charlottesville gives her a unique perspective and value to and for buyers and sellers of rural and charming city properties.  Julia also serves on the Board of the Keswick Hunt Club and there is no more knowledgeable agent for properties in the Keswick, Farmington, Bull Run and Oak Ridge Hunts.
